* There may be certain requirements for exporting cars from specific ports. Some BOS vehicles need to be transferred from their dedicated terminals to others in order to be eligible for export.
* Open lien - If the insurance company has paid off the lien, we are able to request a lien release letter. However, if there is still an outstanding balance owed to the lienholder, the vehicle must be returned to the auction for immediate resale. This is the buyer's risk.
